This course takes place over a weekend on the trails in Flims Laax and is led by the experienced guides of the LAAX School. On the first day, the focus is on technical basics such as bike setup, suspension settings, position on the bike and speed management.
On the second day, the focus is on riding, with targeted training in line choice, flow and jumping technique directly on the trails. The course is aimed at very good mountain bikers who are confident in the bike park and on challenging single trails. The course can be booked for one day (Saturday) or for both days.
