On Saturday, September 26, to close out La Table’s season, we’re welcoming the duo Celestia Nova (harp and soprano) to treat you to a unique evening where music and vegetarian cuisine come together to awaken the senses.
Throughout the evening, music will accompany each course of the meal. Like a delicate prelude before each course, the pieces performed on the harp and by voice will invite you to journey through different eras, landscapes, and emotions, subtly preparing your imagination before you discover the flavors crafted by Raphaël, our chef and market gardener.
This fusion of musical and culinary art has been designed as a complete experience, where every note enhances the pleasure of the tasting and every dish finds an echo in the music.
In the enchanting setting of the Jardins de Chivrageon, as the sun sets over Lake Geneva and night gently falls, let yourself be carried away by this gourmet and musical interlude, celebrating the beauty of life, sharing, and the joy of being fully present.
The meal will take place at long tables on the restaurant’s terrace overlooking our gardens, weather permitting.
About Celestia Nova
Celestia Nova is the inspiring collaboration between two exceptional artists: Geneva-based harpist Anne Bassand, a leading figure in the contemporary music scene and a renowned professor, and Quebec soprano Isabelle Nicolas, whose warm and expressive voice has captivated opera stages across Europe and North America.
Together, they weave a musical universe suspended between heaven and dreams, where the harp becomes a constellation and the voice, the breath of the stars. Their repertoire spans centuries and styles, blending Baroque, Romantic, and contemporary works.
Celestia Nova presents immersive programs where music becomes a sensory journey: from lunar nocturnes to mirrors of stars, each concert is an invitation to contemplation and wonder.
Price: 135 CHF, including the concert and a four-course meal. Beverages are extra.
Schedule: 6:30 p.m.—musical welcome in the heart of the Gardens; dinner and the remainder of the concert at the restaurant.
Full payment for the event is required at the time of reservation. Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as with any other special event. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person if necessary.
