On August 1st, Switzerland celebrates its National Day – and this special event is also celebrated in Leukerbad with a lively program on the mountain and in the village. The festive atmosphere is tangible throughout Leukerbad – from the first rays of sunshine on the summit to the fireworks in the evening against the impressive backdrop of the Gemmi Wall.
