This weekend invites you to slow down, let go of the daily grind, and find peace within yourself. Through mindful movements, conscious moments of breathing, and periods of stillness, a space is created where you can accept, let go, and trust—step by step, breath by breath.
It’s an invitation to set new anchors—within yourself, in your body, in your being.
A place where you can reconnect with yourself, supported and embraced by a wonderful community of people who share the same desire—to give themselves time and to recharge.

Our yoga program:
ChiYoga is a flowing Hatha yoga style that adapts to the unique qualities of each season. Asanas specifically tailored for fall allow the body to gently retreat, support letting go, and promote clarity.
We begin the day with a meditation that invites you to cultivate a mindful, inward focus and awareness. Through pranayama (breathing exercises), we strengthen the connection between body and mind—thereby achieving a balanced, vibrant presence. We then practice ChiYoga to promote physical well-being.
May this holistic practice bring you inner warmth, expansiveness, contentment, and serenity.
The afternoon practice focuses on stillness and deep relaxation, connecting you with your own inner source of strength.
