The Ski- und Ferienlagerhaus Empächli is situated in the Schabell area, 50 m from the Elm cable railways in the canton Glarus (Central Switzerland). There is a well-equipped kitchen, a hall seating 80 persons, a cosy club room for 30 persons as well as a games room with table tennis and table football.
In winter there are 35 km of well-prepared ski slopes. Gondola lift, 6-seater and 2-seater chair lift, 2 ski lifts. Practice lift at the valley station. Sledge run available from the house to the valley station.
The cross-country ski trail is located at the bottom of the valley.
In summer: starting point for varied mountain hikes. In Schwanden (14 kilometres from Elm) there is a wonderful open-air swimming pool, two sports fields, two tennis courts and playgrounds.
