Overzicht
Inleiding
At the 30th Bernschich cantonal hand mowing championship, around 150 hand mowers will compete in mowing with the scythe.
In hand mowing, a mowing strip of 24 meters in length is mowed, while for women and children, the distance is 12 meters. The width of the mowing strip can be chosen by the participants themselves.
The required time as well as the cleanliness and quality of the mowing work will be evaluated. Therefore, both speed and precise mowing technique are crucial for a good ranking.
