Together with head chef Cyrill Pflugi, invited guest chefs present their culinary signature and prepare their creations right before the eyes of the guests. Instead of a classic dinner, visitors can expect a vibrant culinary experience: they move between various stations, engage in conversation with the chefs, and discover high-quality ingredients, creative dishes, and selected wines. The Chef’s Night combines first-class culinary delights with the personal and relaxed atmosphere of Hof Maran. A special evening for all who love good food, want to discover new taste experiences, and wish to watch the chefs at work.
