Guests as well as locals stroll through the snowy streets, of course dressed in appropriate attire from the turn of the century. Take advantage of the diverse program as well as nostalgic packages from local hotels.
The Belle Epoque event is considered the only one of its kind in all of Switzerland. So if you want to dive into the time of your ancestors, travel to us in Kandersteg at the end of January for a few days, rent the appropriate outfit from a clothing rental, practice the etiquette of the early 20th century, and spend unforgettable holiday days in the wintry chalet village!

The opening will traditionally
take place at the Bahnhofmatte. People in nostalgic clothing are invited to participate in the grand promenade without registration.
