Broga is yoga for men every Tuesday in the event hall. With breathing exercises, stretching and asanas.
BROGA, Yoga for men
Do you want to leave the day behind you, say goodbye to back pain, sleep better and finally switch off your mind? Broga will help you regain or maintain your flexibility. The class is ideal as a supplement to a busy daily routine, high performance sports program or simply as regeneration for body and mind. It increases core stability and stretches the body. The breathing exercises also help to combat stress and hecticness.
All levels are welcome, including beginners.
