Intro

The duo Exotic Garden brings together Swiss jazz clarinetist Simon Wyrsch and Kosovar guitarist Vendim Thaqi.

Together, they explore the tonal colors spanning jazz, classical, and Latin American music—rhythmically pulsating yet poetic at the same time. Their repertoire includes tangos, choros, and Latin compositions by Astor Piazzolla, Celso Machado, and other masters of South American music. Improvisation, virtuosity, and the depth of chamber music blend into a style that captivates audiences in concert halls and at festivals alike.
