Intro
In its concert in Stein am Rhein, the young Schaffhausen-based Baroque ensemble Prospero Consort will focus its program on music-making at home. The program features works by Bach and Telemann.
What did the Bach family’s home sound like? What might it have sounded like when Johann Sebastian taught his sons to play the harpsichord, or when he played his own compositions in the evenings with his wife and guests for their enjoyment?
Join us in discovering a very private chapter of music history and be a guest at our house concert! A short musical performance takes place every hour and every half-hour. Stop by whenever you’d like and stay as long as you’d like.
