Intro
Nearly 250,000 spectators come to the Festival each year, enjoying a breathtaking setting, concerts with renowned acoustics and numerous free stages.
Established in 1967, the Montreux Jazz Festival has become a must for music lovers around the world. All of the greatest stars have been there, from Miles Davis, Ray Charles, David Bowie to Prince. All styles of music have been performed there. The Montreux Jazz Festival offers an ideal two-week platform both for musicians and the public in an intimate setting.
