Open House Ticino 2026
Overview
Intro
Open House Ticino returns on 24–25 October 2026 for a weekend dedicated to architecture and the discovery of Ticino's built heritage.
Free and open to everyone, the event invites visitors to explore places that are usually closed to the public, learn about the ideas behind their design, and discover historic and contemporary architecture, as well as gardens, infrastructure and outstanding engineering works. Over two days, more than 70 buildings across the canton will exceptionally open their doors, including private homes, public buildings, institutions, workplaces and cultural sites. Guided tours led by architects, designers and experts will offer unique insights into these remarkable spaces. The full programme will be available from October 2026 on the website. A unique opportunity to experience architecture from the inside and discover Ticino from a new perspective.
