Culinary Guest Experience at AMBiANCE
From 28 December 2026 to 9 January 2027, fine dining meets cosy chalet charm at Hotel AMBiANCE.
In collaboration with Restaurant Atelier Greng (14 GaultMillau points), head chef Michel Hojac cooks side by side with Alain Köslich. Sommelière Valérie Bieri and Stephanie Köslich lead the service. Menus with 4 to 6 courses from CHF 129 to 169, plus an exclusive New Year's Eve menu for CHF 229.
Seating is strictly limited, advance reservation directly with Hotel AMBiANCE is required.
