Winter tour «Sunneschy, Bärge und Schnee»
Overview
Intro
Learn more about the tourist development from the high valley of Lenzerheide to a well-known winter sports resort.
It was only with the opening of the first winter season in 1905/06 that Lenzerheide connected to other well-known winter sports resorts.
Blessed with "sunshine, mountains, and snow," the conditions for the economic development of the high valley were favorable. Even more "sunshine" was brought by the illustrious guests, even more "mountains" by the development through ski lifts and cable cars, and even more "snow" by the lively activities of guests and locals on and off the slopes. Immerse yourself in the feeling of life that Vico Torriani celebrated in 1963 in the refrain line "Sunshine, mountains, and snow."
