This «Lauberhorn» of toboggan runs provides a rapid and winding descent from Bergün’s local mountain, the Darlux, to the entrance of the village of Bergün.

Description

With the chairlift it only takes you a comfortable quarter hour to reach as far up as the Darlux ski area set on Bergün’s local mountain.This is where the exciting ride back down to Bergün starts. The route has narrower curves and a gradient that is consistently steeper than that on the route from Preda to Bergün. Because of the speed of the descent, it is also called the «Lauberhorn of tobbogan runs». The run takes you through the forest, parallel to the ski slope and ends at the entrance to the village of Bergün right next to the chairlift valley station.

The La Diala mountain restaurant is located at the middle station and from there you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains around Bergün as well as sample Graubünden cuisine before your high-speed downhill adventure starts.
