Largely flat trail on the elongated valley plain between the Bolgen and Davos Frauenkirch. It leads across the plain towards Wildboden and makes a loop past the listed forest cemetery.

Description

The trail starts at the well-known après-ski haunt, the «Bolgen Plaza», not far from Davos Platz railway station. From here, the trail follows a flat route to the valley station of the «Carjöler» chairlift, which transports winter sports enthusiasts up to the Jakobshorn.

From the valley station, the trail climbs a few metres up to a small hillock above the hamlet of «Hof» from where it then descends to the Spinnelen. A loop then follows the edge of the forest and passes the forest cemetery, which is surrounded by dry stone walls and is situated in the middle of the larch forest. Thanks to its location on a moraine and its unique architecture, the site is listed.

The trail reaches the Landwasser stream. The headstream of the Alpine Rhine follows the main valley through the Davos countryside. The Rhaetian Railway also runs the full length of the river. Past the Islen inn and again along the "Hof" neighbourhood, the loop ends in Davos Platz.
