Sulzer Area
Overview
Intro
Join us on a guided tour to experience the transformation of the Sulzer Area first hand.
Discover this vibrant new district and explore the heritage of the former industrial quarter.
Although the age of large-scale industrial production has passed, the Sulzer Area has by no means fallen silent. Where steam engines and locomotives were once built, a spirit of optimism reigns. Students, designers, entrepreneurs and residents have transformed this dynamic urban space into a hub of creativity and innovation - the perfect blend of modernity and nostalgia. Even Winterthur's City Council has found a home here.
Join us on a guided tour to experience the transformation of the Sulzer Area first hand. If you want to look behind the facades and see how this ever-evolving microcosm continues to grow and develop, while retaining its unique charm, this is the tour for you.
