Intro
The small but beautiful hut is located at 2,172 meters behind Sonogno (Verzasca Valley), below the Barone Lake.
There are 35 beds with mattresses and woollen blankets. The hut is built from stone, it has a stone roof and is well insulated. The kitchen has running water, cooking takes place on a wood-burning stove and a gas apparatus. Guests do their own cooking, since the warden does not prepare meals.
