Flexible rates can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, after which 100% of the total price will be charged.
Exceptions to cancellation policies
10th July 2026 – 15th August 2026, 07th March 2027 – 30th April 2027, 09th July 2027 – 14th August 2027 / 14 days before arrival, after which 100% of the total price will be charged.
3rd December 2026 – 20th December 2026, 10th January 2027 – 6th March 2027 / 30 days before arrival, after which 100% of the total price will be charged.
21st December 2026 – 09 January 2027 / 60 days before arrival, after which 100% of the total price will be charged.
City Tax: 3,45CHF per person per night
Exceptions to the guidelines apply to group bookings of more than 5 rooms.
Please note: use of the kitchen is permitted for stays of 3 nights or more. A cleaning fee of CHF 150 will be charged on arrival.
