Día de los Difuntos: Ecuador, süsses Brot & Live-Musik mitten in Bern
Overview
Intro
Traditional Ecuadorian specialties such as Colada Morada and Guagua de Pan, accompanied by lively live Latin American music performed by the band La Tribu.
Want to experience a heartwarming tradition that’s a world away from everyday life? This Sunday, YANKUAM brings the colors, scents, and sounds of Ecuador right into Bern’s Old Town. To celebrate Día de los Difuntos, the traditional Ecuadorian day of remembrance for the deceased, the Shuar Design Boutique will transform into a lively gathering place brimming with culture, music, and delights.
Stop by, warm up with traditional Colada Morada, sample the typical Guagua de Pan (delicate doll-shaped pastries), and let yourself be enchanted by the rousing rhythms of the band La Tribu starting in the late afternoon.
Sunday’s program:
2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. | Colada Morada & Guagua de Pan: Just stop by and enjoy this Ecuadorian specialty (CHF 10).
4:00 p.m. – approx. 7:00 p.m. | Live concert: Latin American sounds & joie de vivre with La Tribu (CHF 15 for the concert only).
