Content

Regula Saner, psychologist and MBSR/MSC trainer, shares practical mindfulness exercises that can easily be integrated into everyday life. During a guided meditation, participants can directly experience and deepen mindfulness.

Notes

The event takes place outdoors. Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing is recommended. No previous experience is required; the offer is open to all interested people.
