Qigong in the park Training for body, breath and mind
Exercise is the key to health. Outdoor activities are particularly important at the moment - they revitalise the mind and strengthen the immune system. "Qigong in the park" invites you to take a deep breath and revitalise your vital energy. The public programme is aimed at people of all ages and is free of charge.
With the "Qigong in the Park" project, the Rheumaliga Bern and Oberwallis and Pro Senectute Valais-Wallis want to make a concrete contribution to health promotion and prevention.
"Qigong in the park" takes place whatever the weather. All you need to bring is comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. Registration is not required. Please use public transport for the journey. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants
