17 musicians from the Lucerne Big Band and singer Alma Cilurzo bring swing, Latin, funk, rock, and pop to the Stadtkeller stage—packed with powerful sound, energy, and good vibes under Peter Wespi.
We’re bringing a big band to our Stadtkeller stage: 17 musicians from the Big Band Luzern, plus singer Alma Cilurzo, will fit comfortably on stage. Since 2009, the ensemble has been bringing energy, great sound, and good vibes. It used to be called Big Band For Fun—now it’s Big Band Luzern. What hasn’t changed: plenty of music and a visible joy of playing in a small space. Swing, Latin, funk, rock, and pop meet a powerful big-band sound—under the direction of Peter Wespi. Sitting still? No chance.
