Ever done yoga in nature? Outdoor yoga touches the senses and provides deep relaxation for body, mind and soul. In combination with meditative elements, it lets you start the day liberated and experience the mountain world even better.
Meeting point: Samnaun village, guest information Duration: approx. 1.30 hours Equipment: warm clothing, socks and sturdy shoes Note: No previous knowledge is necessary. Vacation tip only takes place in dry weather. Further dates on request. Yoga mats can be borrowed free of charge.
The implementation is offered in German and English.
If the tour does not take place, you will be contacted by the Samnaun Guest Information by 5:00 pm the day before.
