6-day retreat from Sunday, 27.09. to Friday, 02.10.2026 in the midst of the Grisons mountains.
You have done everything and given so much. You have sacrificed, carried, and yet a distance has arisen between you and your child.
In this week, we will look together at what is at work beneath the surface:
Unconscious entanglements in the family system
Old wounds within you
Patterns that keep you in pain
You begin to understand - without further judging yourself
This week supports you in:
Releasing feelings of guilt
Taking your own place as a mother and woman
Becoming internally calm and stable
Releasing emotional dependence
Rebuilding trust in yourself
Here, you are allowed to be who you are. Without a mask, without pressure, without judgment.
You will be seen - understood - and held.
This week grants you clarity, relief, and a new connection to yourself.
