Voci dal Museo
Overview
Intro
From 29 to 31 May 2026, the Museo cantonale di storia naturale celebrates its first 20 years of cultural mediation with a packed programme of activities for adults and children alike.
Throughout the weekend, the Museum invites visitors to rediscover its exhibition spaces, as well as its “behind-the-scenes” collections and the territory beyond its walls, through activities, talks, workshops, and guided tours offering a glimpse into these twenty years of cultural mediation.
The programme includes talks and activities for adults exploring the language of flowers or that of bees, as well as opportunities to learn more about unexpected mosses or the notorious tiger mosquito.
There will also be many activities for children and guided tours to discover the Museum in a different light — or even in the dark! Urban excursions on geological themes and outings across the region in search of meadow birds will also take place, together with many other moments to share with family or, why not, with fellow visitors.
The occasion is also perfect for discovering or rediscovering the forest classroom in Brè while practising language skills through a creative spring workshop in which language, nature, and manual activities intertwine.
Participation is free of charge. The full programme and registration details are available at: www.ti.ch/mediazione-mcsn
