Volkstümliches Weihnachtskonzert
Overview
Intro
A concert dedicated to Christmas and folk music.
When festive yodeling, the warm tones of the alphorn, contemplative organ music, and the lively sounds of an authentic Appenzell string ensemble fill the beautiful St. Martin’s Church, Christmas comes to life.
This special folk Christmas concert combines musical tradition, a festive atmosphere, and the highest quality into an unforgettable experience. Outstanding musicians create an evening full of warmth, joy, and Christmas-themed soundscapes—at times touchingly quiet, at times brimming with joie de vivre.
The audience, too, can look forward to special moments and will be drawn into the concert in surprising ways.
An atmospheric evening to pause, savor, and get in the spirit of the most wonderful time of the year.
