Enjoy some fondue in the mountain restaurant after a day’s skiing, and travel down to the valley by lantern light.
"When most skiers find their way, exhausted, back to the valley in the evenings, a few stalwarts remain on the mountain a while longer. Their final ascent takes them on the chair lift up to Piz Scalottas. Over an aperitif, they gaze into the last rays of the sun before heading into the warm rustic dining room of the Piz Scalottas mountain restaurant. Here, they enjoy a gourmet cheese fondue in comfort and draw inspiration from the unique atmosphere. Outside, it is growing dark, and for these guests, the world is their oyster. After the fondue, they ski down the freshly prepared piste towards the valley, lantern in hand and the twinkling stars overhead. When they reach the end, they toast one last time to the long, glowing day as they enjoy a nightcap in the Fadail car park.
