Let us take you back in time and find out what life was like on the alp. Cheesemaker Mario Albin will show you how cheese was made many years ago without the help of machines. During a small tasting session, you can enjoy the taste of organic Lumbreiner mountain cheese. During your visit to the alp, the cows arrive from the alpine pastures at the stables where they are milked.

Time: 1.15 - 4.45 pm
Meeting point: Lumbrein school building
Cost: Adults CHF 25.00, children up to 12 years free of charge
Participants: from 4 persons to max. 12 persons
