Bündner and Mediterranean specialities. Many regional products. Special homemade Bratwurst, "Flixer Tüüfeli" (spicy meat and cheese sausage) and "Flixer Waldfee" (milder sausage with herbs) served with Pizokels (a pasta specialty), apple cake (Apfel-Bramattorte) and other homemade delicacies. Selected treasures from the wine cellar with over 200 provenances. In the evening an original and seasonal, mostly regional four-course dinner is served. Alp Flix is one of Europe's most important high moorlands with a breathtaking panorama. Scenic hikes can be combined with fine dining. In winter, visitors walk to the Mountain House, luggage transfer is available.Height: 2000 m a.s.l.
