In Neeracherried you can experience nature up close – thanks to a footbridge leading to a reedy marsh and observation huts, two nature trails and an interactive exhibition. Wonderful adventures for all age groups are guaranteed!
In the vicinity of Zürich and its airport there is an unusual natural oasis: Neeracherried. It is the breeding ground of rare birds such as the Lapwing, and the resting place of migrating birds like the blue Kingfisher with its iridescent feathers. Thanks to observation huts within the nature reserve one can observe these birds without disturbing them. The Nature Center also offers two nature trails, wonderful exhibitions for young and old as well as a variety of guided tours.
