Get away from it all and visit the sandy beaches at Yvonand. When the sun is shining on Lake Neuchâtel and the waves are lapping softly, it is almost like being at the seaside.
Visitors just love the many beaches and small natural bays at Yvonand with their beautiful sand and turquoise water. Surrounded by greenery, they are the perfect place to relax and daydream. There are not many sandy beaches like these in Switzerland – and they run shallowly into the water, which has a low current only. The beaches form a natural play area for children and are complemented by playgrounds.
There are also a number of water sports opportunities for holidaymakers to enjoy at Lake Neuchâtel. Pedal boats, paddle boards, windsurfing boards are available for hire.
