After an invigorating walk, it's time to enjoy a typical mountain meal: creamy fondue, melt-in-your-mouth raclette, chalet macaroni or a generous crêpe party. Simple, sincere dishes to be savoured in a warm atmosphere.
When night comes, we settle down in the hay, sheltered under the rafters of an old farmhouse. Comfort is minimal, but the experience is maximum. For something a little gentler, you can also sleep in a rustic bed, with its authentic charm. A simple return to basics.
Early in the morning, farm produce is served at the table: fresh bread, fresh milk, homemade jam... A gourmet and local wake-up call, before heading home.
