Overview
Intro
One of the most popular of the World Cup races is staged at Chuenisbärgli in Adelboden each winter. The slope is universally regarded as the most difficult giant slalom course. It is also open to demanding amateurs throughout the ski season.
A steep slope right at the outset, then a bit more level but with some sloping sections, and then finally, a sharp bend and an extremely steep and difficult finishing slope – this is the legendary World Cup piste at Chuenisbärgli. Each January, the world's top giant slalom skiers take part in gripping contests. The route is open to the public throughout the winter. The gives ambitious hobbyists the opportunity to apply their skills to master the pitfalls of this extraordinary piste.
