64. Priis-Chlefele
Overview
Intro
Children, teenagers, and adults compete in a game of "Chlefelen."
Every year, one week before Good Friday, the club members organize the “Priis-Chlefele.” Between 200 and 300 children, teenagers, and adults then compete in a “chlefelen” contest at the MythenForum. Performances are held at four different stations for the jury (all members of the Tambourenverein Schwyz). The top three in each student category advance to the finals to showcase their skills in the main hall.
As has been the tradition for decades, all participants receive a pair of Wienerli, a piece of bread, and a consolation prize. The top three finishers will be rewarded with great prizes.
Start: 6:30 p.m. at the MythenForum in Schwyz
Info: Participants can pick up their performance times and tickets at the information booth starting at 6:00 p.m.
Changes and late registrations can also be made there.
What: Each group will perform the “Chlefeli” twice at different “Chlefeli” stations. After the awards ceremony, each child may pick up a souvenir prize.
Who: Elementary school students compete in groups of three in categories 1, 2, and 3; starting in middle school, the “Chruut und Chabis” category is open to everyone.
