"Sport and fun for everyone. Outdoors, together and free of charge!" Thursdays | Zone54 Training 6.30 - 7.20 pm at the Dättwil roller sports facility (whatever the weather!)
For five weeks, the city of Baden is offering free exercise classes in public spaces. Anyone can take part, whether young or old, whether a sports fanatic or an exercise pro.
The Zone54 training sessions are tailored to your fitness level with individual exercise variations. You train with your own body weight and with the help of the bar park at the Streetworkout facility in Dättwil. The workout is intense but fun - you do exactly as much as you like and maybe you'll push your limits in the process.
All fitness levels are welcome and the focus is on having fun. Bring something to drink.
Zone54 training takes place whatever the weather. The instructor is always on site.
