Overview
Intro
A holistic trail running experience in Zermatt: the ALTO Trailrunning Retreat combines athletic challenges, recovery and inspiring mindset sessions amidst the stunning alpine scenery.
Three days in the mountains that go far beyond a traditional running weekend: the ALTO Trail Running Retreat at the CERVO Mountain Resort, taking place from 26–28 June, combines exercise, recovery and mindset into a holistic experience in Zermatt.
Included in the retreat:
• 2 nights in your chosen room category at the CERVO Mountain Resort
• Breakfast at the Bazaar and selected dinner experiences as part of the retreat • Guided trail runs and technical sessions around Zermatt
• ALTO Trail Labs with insights from KEEN Wellbeing, ODLO, PEAQ and Matterhorn Ultraks
• Recovery sessions, mobility, breathwork and contrast rituals (alternating between heat and cold)
