Intro

For a whole month, Njørd Café puts the crayfish centre stage, in tribute to the Swedish Kräftskiva tradition.

On the menu, at lunch and dinner: 300g of dill boiled crayfish from Lac de Joux, served whole, new potatoes with dill and horseradish sauce, mustard herring, västerbotten cheese, knäckebröd and salted butter, mesclun from the garden.

Swedish spirit guaranteed: decorations, bibs, hats and crayfish tools are set on every table.

Takeaway also available (vacuum packed crayfish, sides, decorations; CHF 60.- per kilo, or from CHF 20.- per portion).

From 19 August to 19 September, lunch and dinner. CHF 55.- per person, dine in. Booking recommended. Takeaway also available, on request.

Price: CHF 55 per person

On the menu: 300g of crayfish from Lake Joux cooked with dill, served whole with new potatoes, horseradish sauce, herring with mustard, Västerbotten cheese, and crispbread.

Wednesday through Friday for lunch, and Friday and Saturday for dinner. Open Thursday evenings for groups upon request.
