Mangiainsem - Food and Wine Walk

A different way to spend a day in the company of friends and family, walking and enjoying local products and Ticino culinary delicacies.
The tenth edition of Mangiainsem features one of the event's most iconic routes, nestled between the mountains of Sementina and Monte Carasso, immersed in nature and rich in evocative panoramas. The start is scheduled for the Ciossetto Center in Sementina. The route leads to the Scout headquarters, the Church of the Holy Trinity, and winds along hilly paths to Curzùtt, where sweeping views open up. A defining moment of this edition is crossing the Tibetan bridge, a thrilling experience in the heart of nature. The route continues to the Church of San Defendente and the Church of San Michele, before returning to the Ciossetto Center for the final celebration.
The 10 km route, with a 720 m elevation gain, winds along hilly roads and paths and therefore requires good physical condition, a minimum level of preparation, and appropriate equipment.
Start and Weather
Sementina, Ciossetto Center. Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 8:15 am. Groups depart every 15 minutes. The event takes place in all weathers. Appropriate athletic attire is recommended. The route may be subject to change in case of inclement weather.
