Open training for acrobatics
There is an open training session (jam session) every Thursday evening between 19:40 and 22:00 for acroyoga, partner acrobatics, aerial acrobatics, slackline, etc.
No classes or courses are offered at the open training sessions and everyone is responsible for their own safety. Nevertheless, interested people and beginners are very welcome and our group will be happy to show you the basics. We also organize classes and workshops as required.
In addition to the usual gym equipment, a lunge is also available if required, other equipment (cloth, hoop etc. must be brought and hung up by yourself).
