Alpine City Products
Intro
The Alpine City is the home of unique products that are as authentic and wholesome as is the city itself. Bearing the Graubünden Capricorn (ibex) label, they are always a popular souvenir and gift.
Description
Since 2008 a whole basket of local products has been available in cooperation with local producers. These include Alpine City chocolate, cheese, ice cream, cake and Salsiz. And of course the original Chur Röteli liqueur. This is sold in the exclusive Alpine City bottle with two little glasses.
The production of Alpine City products is monitored by "alpinavera". This ensures that sufficient local ingredients are used. These products can be bought in the shops in the Old Town.
