L’Alambic was born from a very simple idea: to create a place where people feel good, where flavors and passions bring people together. A lively place, rooted in its history.

Description

Like the alembic itself, the restaurant is a warm space where pots simmer, encounters happen, and emotions flourish. Once an object of controversy, the copper vessel now conveys a powerful image of the Jura’s culinary heritage: to cultivate, to elevate, and to share.
