Hostess Manuela Eiermann’s roots are in Zurich and the Ticino, but she and her family settled in Möhlin, Canton Aargau. Manuela collected and reinterpreted old recipes from the village and published a cookbook. Dinner is served with white wine from her vineyard. Some of the vines are close to 140 years old.
