On this wine trail, explore the wealth of wines from Lake Biel and meet their producers at three wine tastings.
Until a few decades ago, wine production around Lake Biel focused almost exclusively on Chasselas and Pinot Noir. Today, more than 40 grape varieties are grown here. As well as the classics, there are also rare vintages and specialities. All the wineries are family-run businesses that produce their wines in the traditional way, guaranteeing exceptional quality.
This unique trek through the vineyards gives you the chance to discover traditional regional know-how, savour a selection of local vintages and meet passionate producers who are always on the lookout for new surprises. After all, each wine has its own unique personality.
