Do you dream of shooting with a bow and arrow and being as accurate as Merida, the skilled archer? At the Kapuzinerkloster Solothurn, you have the opportunity to try exactly that.
Under the expert guidance of Ulrich Schmissat, you will learn step by step how to handle a bow and arrow safely.
Traditional archery deliberately avoids technical aids and fixed targets. Instead, intuition, body awareness, and inner perception are the focus. You will learn to immerse yourself in the moment, consciously draw the bow, and let the arrow fly with calm and clarity.
The goal is to develop a harmonious connection between body, mind, and nature—and thus find a natural, relaxed, and at the same time effective shooting style.
