Parpaner Weisshorn Crossing

We will ascend Tschirpen via the ferrata from Hörnli. Now we will follow the ridge to Parpaner Weisshorn. In fantastic ridge climbing, we will cross the summit down to Urdenfürggli. We will meet at the Hörnli valley station and then take the cable car together up to Hörnli, from where we will hike to the start of the ferrata. We will ascend Tschirpen via the ferrata, which is already a cool and impressive climb. From the summit, we will descend a bit to reach the saddle, from where we will first overcome some elevation in the block field until the ridge climbing begins. Now we will follow the ridge to Parpaner Weisshorn. In fantastic ridge climbing, we will cross the summit; suddenly, the ridge widens and we find ourselves in walking terrain, and we will descend with a cool ridge hike down to Urdenfürggli. We will either end the day leisurely with the Urden cable car back to Hörnli and thus to Arosa, or we will conclude it with a hike through Urdental (approximately 1.25 h).
