The fascinating world of scents! Have you ever wondered how a perfume is created and what your very own fragrance would smell like?

In the perfume workshop, you’ll create your own scent and step into the role of the perfumer. Floral, fruity, aquatic, woody, or perhaps oriental? The secret of a perfume lies in the composition of scents, as the right blend of diverse fragrance notes is key.

Together with the team from La Profumoteca, you’ll explore the world of scents, experiment with different fragrance notes, and craft your own unique scent composition.

The magic of your very own perfume – as unique as you are.

Course content You’ll begin with a brief introduction to working with fragrance notes, their harmony, and the essential basics of blending.

Next comes the creative phase: using scent strips, you’ll test various single-note fragrances. You’ll keep your favorites, gradually building your personal fragrance palette.

Once you’ve chosen five or more favorites, you’ll start mixing: you’ll combine your scents on a new strip until, step by step, your perfect composition emerges.

Experienced perfume professionals will be on hand throughout to offer tips and guide you on your scent journey.

Once your ideal fragrance combination is finalized, it will be translated into a precise fragrance formula – the exact blend ratio of your single-note scents. This way, your scent can be recreated or further developed at any time.
