Surrounded by beautiful mountains, and only a few minutes away from the cable car station which takes you up to the skiing area and to the stunning Weisshorn. It is also ideally placed for party lovers. In addition to the hotel basic bar, there are other bars and restaurants in our neighbourhood where you can enjoy Arosa’s nightlife. By the way: Now there’s a second star shining above the basic hotel!

Arrival by train:
From the train station you can reach the Basic Hotel by the free bus. Head towards "Hörnliexpress" and get off at the stop "Zentrum". From there, go a few steps in the direction of the bus and you will see the hotel signpost to your left. Alternatively, from the station you can take a taxi directly to the Basic Hotel.
If you are arriving by car, drive in Arosa along the main road to the center. On the right is a COOP to see and there a few meters further on a road left. Follow the road and the hotel is directly in the curve.
Guests arriving by private car can park their car directly in front of the hotel or in the garage. As only a few parking spaces are available, a previous reservation is necessary. An outside car park costs CHF 10 per day and a garage space CHF 16.-
