The newly built Bürgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa - The Contemporary features modern architecture and contemporary design in its 102 rooms and suites with incredible views over Lake Lucerne. The spacious rooms and suites, ranging from 42 to 678 m2, all equipped with exquisite materials and stylish designer furniture. The guests arrive via the legendary Bürgenstock Funicular, then proceed over the Piazza to the magnificent terrace, Shopping Arcade and Alpine Spa Garden.

Getting there

The legendary journey to the resort by shuttle boat and Bürgenstock funicular is an unforgettable experience and only takes 30 minutes from Lucerne. Glide over the shimmering blue waters of Lake Lucerne directly to the Kehrsiten-Bürgenstock pier at the foot of the mountain, where the Bürgenstock funicular will be waiting to take you up to the resort. Alternatively, the resort can also be reached by car or by train and PostBus. Car parking spaces are available.
